Government Affairs Committee

Purpose:

Provide coordination between the Chamber and governmental bodies, Chambers of Commerce, transportation officials, and special committees.

Task:

Insure the collective voice of the Navarre Beach area is represented and heard in government assemblies; liaison to elected officials and governmental meetings; transportation officials, study advantages of single district elections in the county; 10-year review of business & industry tax abatements and incentives.  Promote safe roads, bike paths, and walkways on Hwy 98.
