This annual event is held each year in January and features Annual Award
Winners, Citizen of the Year and the installation of our new Board of
Directors. It is an evening full of fun, food, live music and a celebration
of our business and volunteer community.
The Navarre Chamber will premiere their 1st Annual Combined Health & Business Expo on Saturday, January 30th, 2010,
from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the Navarre High School, 8600 High School Blvd. The event will feature local small businesses,
community and non-profit organizations, and health related businesses from throughout the Gulf Coast with interactive booths and activities.
This annual event is held in May each year and in 2010 will celebrate its
26th Anniversary. The event is held on Navarre Beach with fireworks, arts
and crafts, live entertainment, a children’s area and plenty of food. NEW
DAYS THIS YEAR (Friday & Saturday instead of Sat & Sun)! The
festival hours are Friday, 4pm – 10 pm and Saturday 10 am – 10 pm. Fireworks
are at 9:30 pm on Saturday. Admission is free.
Fun Fest 5k Run & Walk
Runners and walkers of all ages, lace up your shoes for the annual Fun Fest
5k Run & Walk. This annual event is held in conjunction with the Fun Fest
and takes place on Sunday morning along Gulf Blvd on Navarre Beach.
Thursday Evenings in Navarre Park
Join us in Navarre Park, at the foot of the Navarre Bridge, every
Thursday evening, beginning in May through September, from 6-8 pm for live music, food, and a chance to sit back
and relax with the sound and the sunset as your back drop. This free weekly
concert series is hosted by the Navarre Chamber and sponsored by area
businesses.
Taste of Navarre
Whether you haven't found time to visit a restaurant, or are shopping for a special event caterer-- this is the place to do
it all in a relaxed atmosphere! Enjoy a wide variety of menu and specialty items featured in a unique presentation. From
sushi and fine cheese assortments, to jambalaya and wings, this is your chance to attend a catered event (under an open-air tent)
on the waterfront in Navarre Park. Add live music and wine tasting, and you
're set for a great afternoon, or a perfect start to a
date night. Door prizes will be raffled at intermissions, and participants will receive a program complete with vendor
coupons/vouchers.
Scholarship Golf Classic
The 21st Annual Navarre Beach Area Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Golf Classic
will be held this year on Friday, October 2 at The Club at Hidden Creek. This
year’s classic will be set up as a 4-person scramble and will feature a Poker
Run. There will be up to four watering holes where you will be able to quench
your thirst while purchasing poker cards for a winning hand in the Poker Run.
After the tournament, join us in the clubhouse for an ‘Oktoberfest’ buffet,
trophies, and door prizes. Both team and individual registrations will be
accepted. The deadline to register is September 25, 2009.

Proceeds from this year’s Classic will go towards scholarships for Navarre High School Seniors.

Christmas in the Park is an annual event steeped in tradition. This event
gives us an opportunity to give back to the residents of Navarre. It takes
place the first Saturday in December and features a Christmas parade, visits
with Santa and Mrs. Claus, Mrs. Claus’ Bakery, which will include baked
goods and beverages, and a night full of entertainment from our local
schools. This event is free to the public. Come out and celebrate the
holidays!
