Survey for Non-Profit Organizations Located and/or Providing Services in South Santa Rosa County

This survey is an initiative of the Navarre Chamber's Non-Profit Committee.

The mission of the Navarre Chamber Non-Profit Committee is to provide non-profit organizations with a venue to come together to succeed by:
• Networking and forming purposeful connections and collaborations with for-profit chamber members
• Exchanging ideas and best practices
• Providing visibility for the issues and causes impacting the non-profit community
• Establishing opportunities for unique and dedicated programming and training for fundraising and professional development so non-profit organizations meet their organizational goals and deliver on their mission.

The committee meets the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 8 am at The Navarre Chamber Information Center.

The Survey results will be used to create a Database that will be cross-referenced with the United Way's 211 Database. As the Database is created, the Non-Profit Committee will do a Needs Assessment. The Database will also include information that will be used to help educate newcomers and help get them plugged in to organizations that feed their interest and will also be a source for residents interested in volunteer opportunities with non-profits in our community. We will also be working with other county-wide organizations that assist non-profits to communicate programming opportunities and joint initiatives.
