    A local property management company in Destin is in need of reservationists to join their team of 35 employees. The company is locally owned and has been in business for 9 years and has over 400 units on the gulf coast and is growing fast. The company culture can be described as fun and family oriented. The company's dress code is casual.

    You Enjoy:

    *Booking guests for future reservations including snowbirds

    *Greeting customers

    *Preparing welcome packages

    *Taking payments

    *Providing administrative support to Marketing Director

    *Responding to lead requests regarding properties

    *Answering incoming calls from guests regarding properties

    *Answering calls to assist with questions, needs or complaints

    *Ensuring high level of customer service

    *Ensuring the office is properly stocked with typical inventory

    *Creating critical office documents, forms, processes and procedures

    You Are:

    *Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite

    *Well-spoken with a polite and courteous disposition

    *Highly motivated and intuitive with what needs to be done

    *Organized with great attention to detail

    You Have:

    *Excellent customer service skills

    *Excellent phone etiquette

    *Previous customer service experience

    Compensation and Schedule:

    *This position is full-time and pays $17 per hour.

    *The work schedule will vary within the business hours of Reservations, which are 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. 7 days a week.

    *All reservationist will be required to work a rotation of weekend shifts during the busy season as part of their regular schedule.

    Assignment Type:

    *This assignment is considered “Contract-to-Direct,” meaning you will remain on Landrum’s payroll for at least 15 weeks. Once the 15 weeks is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto their payroll or extend the assignment out longer through Landrum.
