Hampton Inn & Suites Navarre is seeking a motivated customer focused individual to join our award winning team!
Some of the responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to representing the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest’s stay. Determining a guest's reservation status, identifying how long the guest will stay, assigning rooms, and accommodating special requests whenever possible. Verifying the guest’s method of payment and following established credit checking procedures. Working closely with the housekeeping department in keeping room status reports up-to-date and coordinating requests for maintenance and repair work. Must be sales-minded. Presenting options and alternatives to guests and offering assistance in making choices. Knowing the location and types of available rooms as well as the activities and services of the property.
All candidates for this position are required to pass a background check, credit check, and drug screening to be eligible for hire. Must have a friendly, customer centric attitude, and reliable transportation. Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work holidays and weekends.
