A member may submit the name of only one organization at each meeting. Three will be randomly drawn at the meeting. The member submitting the name of the non profit must include her name, and if chosen make the presentation. If no member’s name is on the submission, another will be drawn.
A Q & A will immediately follow each presentation.
Up to Five minutes will be allotted for the presentation, followed by another 5 minutes for the Q & A.
If a member presents for a particular non profit that is not chosen, the member is able to submit the name at subsequent meetings.
