As part of the overall front desk operations, the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answering phones.Making reservations, cancellations, and any other necessary charges to reservations.Attending to the guests needs.Assigning room numbers.Making keys.Closing and opening shifts.Counting and maintaining cash drawer and bag.Reviewing travel agent
