Hello everyone!  This year is SAFER's 10th anniversary.  We are hoping to do great things this year!  If you have an idea for a fun, service oriented activity, please share it with me.  I am hoping we can have a lot of participation at the annual meeting this year.

In 2017, SAFER did not host any fund raisers, therefore, I would like to hear any ideas that you have for fund raising.  As always, we have a list of needs that will not address themselves.  Have a great week!

    ONE LOVE MOBILE FOOD PANTRY

One Love is holding a mobile food pantry for Santa Rosa families in Pace and Milton on Friday, March 30, 2018 beginning at 8:00 a. .m.  I have the vouchers for each location.

Please note that there are time slots on each individual voucher and that they are for the Milton or Pace locations.  This is the time and place that each family will be designated to arrive.  The times are 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30 and 11:00.  the hope is to stagger times so that there is not a long wait time.  Keep this in mind when handing out the vouchers.  Please make sure that the person understands and writes the time down. A form of ID will be required at the time of pick up.

What if they lose their voucher?  The names of the voucher recipients are placed on a list with their scheduled time and location.  If a voucher is lost by the recipient, they may still come to the food pantry.  They will need to make sure that they arrive at the right location during their allotted time slot.

If you know of a family who is in need, please provide them with one of the attached vouchers and either call or email Dawn Stone StoneDN@santarosa.k12.fl.us with the names of the adults (not students, unless they are an unaccompanied youth) picking up the food, which location, and if possible, the number of individuals in the family.

    ONE VOUCHER PER FAMILY PLEASE

One Love is planning to give out enough food to feed 150 families at each location.

Pace Site:  S. S. Dixon Primary bus ramp
Milton Site:  Milton High School bus ramp (Raymond Hobbs Road)

Names must be submitted to Dawn Stone by 3:00 p.m. on March 28th, 2018.
