24th Annual Navarre Publix Fun Fest

Don’t miss out on Navarre’s biggest event of the year! The 24th Annual Navarre Fun Fest is right around the corner. This year’s event will be held on Navarre Beach with fireworks, arts and crafts, live entertainment all weekend, a children’s area, and plenty of food. The festival hours are Saturday, May 17 from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. with fireworks at dark and Sunday, May 18 from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.

SKATEBOARD COMPETITION AND DEMONSTRATION

Navarre Beach will host the first-ever Skateboard Competition and Demonstration on Sunday, May 18, 2008, as part of the annual Fun Fest line-up. In addition to the skateboard competition, spectators will be privy to a skate demonstration, courtesy of the Waterboyz Skateboard team. Cash and prizes for “Good, Better, and Best” will be distributed in a variety of age groups starting at 9 years old. While admission to Fun Fest is free, skateboard competitors should pre-register/pre-pay $15 registration fee with necessary waiver forms.
