RSVP TODAY FOR THIS VERY IMPORTANT LUNCH WORKSHOP!
No business is perfect, but it’s important that organizations are consistently taking steps to improve. If your New Year’s resolution was to look at what your business can do better, you might want to consider learning more about implementing EOS, a.k.a. the Entrepreneurial Operating System. So what exactly is this EOS we’re so excited about?
Here’s a breakdown:Built for Busy Entrepreneurs
EOS is made up of simple concepts and practical tools that can be easily applied in a fast-paced small business. You’ll get more of the right stuff done day after day.
Holistic Model and Approach
EOS doesn’t treat symptoms – it helps you cure the “whole body” by strengthening the Six Key Components of your business – Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, and Traction.
Designed to Solve Issues Once and For All
By helping you and your team focus on the “root cause” of your issues – EOS takes you below the surface to produce real, permanent change.
Brings Focus, Discipline and Accountability
EOS is a simple framework for defining what’s important, who owns it, and exactly what success looks like. With every member of your team accountable for a handful of goals and numbers, you’ll get consistently better results.
If you want to learn even more about EOS, we are hosting an introductory session on Friday, March 10th PLUS it includes a complimentary lunch!
At the event, you’ll hear from an EOS implementer who will be ready to answer all of your questions and explain exactly why EOS could be a great fit for your business.
You’ll leave the event with some EOS practices you can take back to your business and test drive right away.
Centered around the Entrepreneurial Operating System, this resource group will look high level at a different aspect of business each month and provide tools to make them stronger & more resilient.
The kind of owners & companies that we are looking to help look like you & yours – they are great companies with leaders who are open minded, growth oriented, willing to be open & honest with themselves & each other, and most critically, are more afraid of “doing things the way we’ve always done them” than they are of change.
Over the course of the next few months keep this in mind and reserve some time on your calendar for Friday, March 10th from 11:30 am to 1 pm. Over lunch in the Chamber’s Conference Room, we’ll share how the resource group & workshop program will work & how the tools benefit owners & leaders.
The intention is to jog some memories about which owners & companies you know might best benefit from this resource. The resource group & workshop will meet monthly beginning in April 14th.
As this date approaches, think about who you care enough about to help, and get the workshop dates & times onto their calendars.
Castle6 Group is a veteran owned & operated Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) practice with a mission to help 250 businesses (100 of them veteran owned) grow and bring in $500M in additional revenue to the Panhandle by 2031.
The practice helps Panhandle business owners accomplish two things:
First - Gain (or regain) control of their business and get back in charge running, rather than being run by the business.
Second – Help those same owners achieve what they want from their business, whether that’s leading their business as a mission, creating an enduring asset for their family, working towards a specific multiple at exit or anything in between.
