I am a virtual Licensed Dietitian with a focus of functional medicine. I truly enjoy helping patients gain clarity on the root cause of disease to help their bodies heal. Its extremely important for patients and everyone to know how to become an intuitive and mindful eater for a successful lifestyle change. I help patients navigate their mindfulness journey. .
