Small Business Saturday is November 27

Small Business Saturday is an initiative created by credit card company, American Express. This year Small Business Saturday is on Saturday, November 27th.

"American Express cares deeply about thriving communities and believes small businesses are at the core of every thriving neighborhood. That's why — in the midst of the recession in 2010 — we created Small Business Saturday® on the Saturday after Thanksgiving to encourage people to Shop Small and bring more holiday shopping to small businesses."

Significant Changes to the Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL)
The SBA is now allowing small businesses to use EIDL funds to pay commercial (non-SBA) debts. This is a valuable opportunity for small businesses to refinance commercial debt with an EIDL which carries a 30-year term and a fixed interest rate of 3.75%. In order to qualify, applicants' EIDL loan application or loan increase application must be approved before December 31, 2021. We will be having a webinar on this topic on November 3, 2021 but if you are interested in getting the process started before please visit our website to submit a "request for consulting". Please put "EIDL" in the notes section of your Request for Consulting.
