    Garcon Point Road just south of Interstate 10 to Golden Ranch Road will experience lane closures for paving operations beginning Thurs., Apr. 20. Weather permitting, paving operations will be completed by Thurs., Apr. 27. 
     
    Motorists are asked to use caution in the area and expect delays.
