Part 1 of this series will introduce you to the six pillars of lifestyle medicine including a whole food plant-based diet, healthy exercise, stress reduction, restorative sleep, avoidance of risky substances and healthy relationships. In part 2 of the series, we will take a deep dive into a whole food plant-based diet and look at the research and patient outcomes that document the reality of stabilizing and reversing chronic diseases like diabetes and coronary heart disease.
