    A Time to Give Thanks
On one holiday hand, your pumpkin is probably still sitting on your porch. On the other holiday hand, Christmas stuff is filling retail and craft stores, while some area radio stations are eager to launch a 24/7 holiday music schedule. Spotlight On:
    Mike Makarowski

    Yogalates at the Pullum Y
Fall into fitness with us at the Betty J. Pullum Family YMCA by trying out a new class. We are now offering Yogalates on Mondays at 4 pm. Yogalates is inspired by yoga and Pilates, just like the name suggests. This class focuses on harnessing the physical and mental benefits of both practices.
