    Small Businesses Can Get a Tax Credit for Providing Vaccination Paid Leave
    "Thanks to the American Rescue Plan, immediate tax credits are available through most of 2021 to businesses that offer their employees paid sick and family leave. You could see these credits in your bottom line as soon as your next quarterly filing."

    Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF)
    "Provides GRANTS, not loans, to restaurants with 20 or fewer locations. It will offer up to $5 million per location up to a total of 10 million.
    You will apply through the SBA application portal. Applications will open Monday, May 3, at noon EDT. Before you can apply you will need to register.

    Who can apply for this grant?
    Eligible entities include:
    • Live venue operators or promoters
    • Theatrical producers
    • Live performing arts organization operators
    • Relevant museum operators, zoos and aquariums who meet specific criteria
    • Motion picture theater operators
    • Talent representatives
    • Each business entity owned by an eligible entity that also meets the eligibility requirements
    "Eligible applicants may qualify for grants equal to 45% of their gross earned revenue, with the maximum amount available for a single grant award of $10 million. $2 billion is reserved for eligible applications with up to 50 full-time employees."

    Economic Injury Disaster Loan
    "This loan provides economic relief to small businesses and nonprofit organizations that are currently experiencing a temporary loss of revenue."
    Loan Increases:
    "Some loans approved prior to the week of April 6, 2021 will be eligible for an increase based on new loan maximum amounts announced March 24, 2021. Businesses that received a loan subject to current loan limit do not need to submit a request for an increase at this time. SBA will reach out directly via email closer to the April 6, 2021 implementation date to provide more details about how businesses can request an increase."
