    Volunteers Needed for our
    Prize Pick-up Drive Through
     
    Saturday, April 17th, 2021
    
    First Shift: 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
    Second Shift: 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
     
     
    This year the Healthy Start Coalition of Okaloosa and Walton Counties is hosting their annual World’s Greatest Baby Shower through a virtual event platform. This event will run from April 1st to April 14th and attendees can earn event bags and prizes. Attendees will be able to pick up these items at a Prize Pick-up Drive Through on Saturday, April 17th at the Northwest Florida State College.
     
    We are looking for motivated and reliable volunteers to help work this drive through. We are very appreciative of our volunteers and could not pull off this event without them. Volunteers will have a variety of tasks including monitoring traffic, registration/ID Check, handing out event bags, and handing out raffle prizes. These tasks may require you to stand for long periods of time.
     
    There are two volunteer shifts, both on Saturday, April 17th at the Northwest Florida State College (100 College Blvd E, Niceville, FL 32578).
    -   First Shift: Saturday April 17th 
    from 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
     
    -    Second Shift: Saturday April 17th 
    from 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
             
    Please arrive on time for your shift so your task can be explained to you. Attire for event volunteers should be casual but appropriate with comfortable shoes. No shorts or military uniforms. Please wear a mask when working with other volunteers and speaking to attendees in their vehicles. The Healthy Start Coalition will provide gloves, hand sanitizer, and masks. We would also recommend sunscreen, a hat, or sunglasses as this is an outdoor event.
