    Exercising Together: Technology and Fitness
Wearables (aka the SMART WATCH) have quickly become one of the top fitness trends of 2020 and 2021. Wearables invite the option of making your experience more personal. Capturing information motivates you to exercise in your ideal heart rate zone, see calories burned and even monitor sleep patterns. In some cases, friendly competitions are formed which builds a micro-community inside the fun and friendly group fitness program.

    Health Corner:
    Nutrition Matters
A big part of being healthy is what we eat. Our nutrition matters, and our body uses the fuel, good or bad, that we put into it. Seems like we hear more and more about chronic inflammation in the body with things like asthma and rheumatoid arthritis. Inflammation can be both good and bad.
Mission Moment: 2021 Corporate Cup Games
A hurricane and a pandemic can't keep us away. Coming this fall --- the return of The Corporate Cup Games!
