During our 4 week ab Challenge we will put you through 5 days a week of bootcamp style, total body, fat blasting workouts via our in the gym classes or our online program!
Our well known CFT Workouts have a reputation for dropping the pounds, killing some body fat and toning in all the right places!
But, wait! There’s more!
On top of our everyday total body toning workouts we are adding EXTREME ab focused workouts to put you over the top!
Do them at home, in a part, at work , in the gym… WE DON’T CARE!
JUST DO THE WORK!
We will begin our challenge with having each challenger take a picture of just the mid section.
In 4 weeks, we will do it again and then we will help you pick your jaw up off of the floor when you see how those abs have transformed!
