Who’s the strongest of them all? Thanks to a new amenity at the Bear Levin Studer Y, you can be the strongest, or most flexible, or least stressed of them all, and do it on your own schedule.

Immediately across from the Welcome Center, we’ve now opened the Virtual Home Studio, a training space featuring Mirror. What is marketed as the “ultimate smart home gym” is now available to Y members for individual and small group workouts – your workout choice, on your schedule.

Health Corner: Nutrition on the go
Most people’s lives are filled with activity. Job deadlines, children’s extracurricular activities, church and sporting events, and the list could go on and on. With all of the busyness, we spend many nights out of the house and the majority of our days constantly on the run. Finding time to eat healthfully is often the farthest thing from our minds. If it were only easier!
