Allen Chapel AME Tour

Tour the historic Allen Chapel African Methodist Episcopal church and hear from Pensacola historian and newly elected City Councilwoman Teníadé Broughton. Allen Chapel was founded May 16, 1866, by Henry Call and named in honor of Richard Allen, the founder of the AME denomination. The Allen Chapel is just one of many historic places within Pensacola's richly diverse and multicultural history.

Gain an inside look into the daily experiences and risks of our local PPD and a demonstration of the personal equipment each officer carries when on patrol. Plus, time for questions and opportunities to learn about all the services offered to the public.
